When you walk into the condo, it looks super clean (and it was all except the kitchen). The kitchen wasn't terrible, but it does need to be updated and a good cleaning. Flatware wasn't enough for four unless you ran the dishwasher often (of course it probably started out with much more than was left, People misplacing, throwing away, etc.). Certainly, wasn't a deal breaker. I would rent this condo again; I was just putting a few of the negatives which aren't that bad considering many of the condos we've stayed in. We only had 2 washcloths, so we had to buy a pack to make do (as stated, not a deal breaker and it wasn't something the owners would know, I'm guessing housekeeping just didn't add more, had an abundance of towels). The shower was immaculate, but the water wouldn't completely drain because the floor was level, it should have had a slight slope, again, nothing bad just a little negative, as long as it was clean, I can deal with these few little problems. Loved the location, balcony was small but sufficient for a group of 4. View was perfect, no extreme waiting on the elevator, parking was great, getting in and out of traffic was no problem, Bikini Bob Diner (on the property) was reasonable and good. As stated, all the positives greatly outweighed the few negatives. My number one criteria is that it is clean and this condo was much cleaner than most.
