The property is a little dated, but so are we. The temp of the water when showering was a little wonky. I also was looking forward to a bath, but the drain cover wouldn't stay closed. No biggies. "Dislikes: !. The first encounter, around 2.45 p.m., with a young lady at the checkin desk was horrible. I waited in line and when it was my turn and I was walking up to her work space, she just mumbled and directed me to go stand in the other line. No explanations on why. She remained standing at the checkin counter not attending to anyone. A colleague came and stood right next to her and began calling the couple standing in front of me (in the other line). As I spoke up what was going on, since he's now about to attend to this couple in the same line I was just standing in. The couple allowed me to go ahead and checkin, while the gentleman apologized as he was not aware that the lady dismissed me shortly before he arrived. 2. Around 8.30 p.m. I decided to order some more wings at the bar. The service, from a lady at the bar, and wings were exquisite earlier that afternoon. So I was expecting the exact same experience. As I arrived at the bar, I saw a young man attending the bar area. He gave me a decent service and informed me that the wings were done. SO i ordered an angus burger without bacon and without cheese (Cheddar). As I arrived back in my room to begin eating, I realized that the angur burger had melted cheese, bacon and mushrooms in it. Completely irrated me and ruined my dinner."

"Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Panama the hotel itself is clean with an amazing view. As well it is in walking distance to most things"
