We stayed for one of the last nights of our honeymoon. We loved it so much that we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was fully booked! The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, the staff are so friendly and welcoming from checkin and at breakfast and they always remembered our names. The location cannot be beaten for Casco Viejo (I know because we had to stay elsewhere afterwards). It's walkable to restaurants, bars, churches, sites and the Mercado de Mariscos. We loved it here!

Fantastic hotel situated in the National park with wildlife in abundance. Lovely golf course. Excellent restaurant and food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and with lovely views. Fridge in room was very nice to keep drinks cold. Overall this was a very customer oriented hotel

Me encantó muy organizado, muy limpio, las personas que trabajan en este hotel son muy amables volvería sin duda muchas gracias

Quirky, although quite a few room we never saw another guest, great cafes within 200 yards of hotel and close to all your pick ups

Very helpful staff, well appointed room with full kitchen and dining area, helpful facilities like gym, sushi bar and co working space in a great location

Stay was excellent, nice big room and good amenities.

Nice big room in a central location, close to metro

Excellent hotel in good location close to restaurants, shops, bars, and the Metro just a 3 minutes walking. Very clean and bed soooooo comfortable . Luxurius casino to feel like in Vegas and with nice dining in.

Staff were good and polite. Very straightforward check in and check out processes. 24 hour reception and easy to pop in and out of hotel at all time. The room decorations looked a bit dated but everything was well maintained. It was very spacious, with good bed, air conditioning and shower. The location was good, with some restaurants nearby. Transport was good with Iglesia del Carmen metro station and metrobuses nearby.

Excellent place for Travellers and others a as well

Loved this place. Staying here felt like you’re away from the city. Good vibe, pool table, decent kitchen. The people working there obviously really care for the place as it’s getting cleaned all through the day. Would stay here again.

A friendly hotel, modern and totally met our needs. Kadushka on Reception was especially helpful. Breakfast is so much better than the ‘continental’ in the description, a good buffet!
