My room and specially the bathroom looks tired with accesories not very helpful, and in poor condition the furniture and walls. It has a convenient supermarket across the street for snacks and drinks. Great place for breakfast around the corner at La Navarra (possibly best tortilla in town)

This is a great, and well-known hotel, right near the bullfighting ring and just outside the old town (pedestrian only). The room was nice - adequately sized, renovated, with a nice outlook from the window. The staff spoke good english, and were experienced in directing me to the ample off-site parking very nearby. The hotel offers breakfast and has some lounge areas. The town is perfect for walking around, and this hotel was well-situated for exploration.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! I had a few crises while with them, from lost luggage to a friend unexpectedly in hospital and they went out of their way to help me. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious! Recommended.

You can't beat the location for San Fermin. The bathroom was disappointing, but the living room was clearly well-kept and comfortable. Staff is super friendly.

Stayed 2 nights here, hotel was great only there was no air conditioning as they turn it off in spring and autumn, they gave us a fan which fixed the problem breakfast was good, normal European off bread, cheese, meats and pastries. Short walk to Wall, Cathedral and other attractions. Parking around the corner at 11EUR per day. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Would stay again.

We cannot have both, A.C. and heat at the same time, so sometimes at spring or autumn, we have to make the decision based in most our clients wish, or the maximun and minimun temperatura expected. The Sercotel chain of hotels are consistently in excellent locations, offering clean modern properties. This one was no different located 2 blocks from the beach and easy walking to good shopping and restaurants. They had a good breakfast, bar and light meals. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Nice central location
Booked for only one night but the service was excellent. We were two friends traveling together and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Rooms were clean and check in was very nice. The gentleman at check in was very friendly offering a map of the city along with some suggestions for local eats. We twice requested they call a taxi and was each time taxi was on time and friendly. We also needed an iron in the evening and they quickly found one of the two for us. We enjoyed the lounge area on the 1st floor and the breakfast was excellent! Nice variety of traditional breads, jamon, cereals, yogurts, juices and of course coffee. Will absolutely stay here again.

Good location
The hotel is well situated, about 10 minutes walk to Calle Estafeta where the running of the bulls take place and where you get a choice of bars and restaurants. All the other sights are within walking distance. We walked to and from the bus station, about 20 minutes away. Our room was nice and comfortable, good wifi, and there was a wide variety for breakfast.

Centrally located hotel with friendly staff. We arrived early but that was no problem as they let us have the room early. Underground parking for the motorbike cost 8 euros. Breakfast involved two options so I chose tortilla followed by tostadas- - little light but ok.

Short Stay
Stopped off here for two nights - Pamplona was a stop off for six of us doing the Camino. We had started off 3 days previously from St John pied de Port and walked circa 86kms to get here inc a climb over the Pyrenees. Tired on arrival but rooms were available immediately so we had time to relax before we headed into the town to browse. Pamplona is a beautiful town with a lot of history - main emphasis is the bull running but besides that there is a lot more to see. Lots of good eateries and pubs - lively atmosphere. The hotel is well situated within a short walk to the Centre. The rooms are clean, well serviced - adequate for a short stay. The only issue we had was the rooms allocated were close to the elevator - which we found to be the case in a number of Hotels we booked using agents (Hotels. Com etc). Not usre if it a policy of Hotels to allocate those less desirable rooms to persons not booking directly.

Running with the Bulls
A few friends visited Pamplona for the running of the bulls. This hotel was located 2blocks from the arena and caddy corner to the nearest bar where the party was starting. Great staff great location I would stay here if Im ever in town again.

Very good hotel for the price. New, modern and very clean rooms, feels like a 4* hotel! Great location too, very central. The only negative thing to say is that the walls are quite thin so you can hear people in other rooms (although you can't hear noises from outdoors).
