We loved everything about this place. It felt warm and inviting. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Everybody goes out of there to say hello. Most of the employees are bilingual. The room is beautiful and shower is amazing. Great water pressure. The pillows are so comfy. Umbrella and lounge chairs for beach are complementary. Kumo is delicious and has amazing waitstaff.
Thank you again for taking such good care of us. It made our vacation that much more memorable.

This was a lovely hotel. There were a lot of steps, not a problem for me. Parking was ok. Housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses or replenish toilet paper, we had to go to desk to request. As well as pool towels that we left on the floor after 3 days, they just hung them up. Desk person was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has so much potential, however no pool bar/cafe operating, which would have been convenient for lunch. The Thai restaurant that was open for dinner was fantastic. We had a terrace room with plenty of space, a chase or 2 would have been nice to use the space more.

The pool and upstairs lounge area was great, but the rooms did not match the cost. They need to replace several fixtures in the bedroom but the balcony view was nice this felt like a 3-star but charged 4 star prices.

Staff was more than accommodating and they work hard to keep the grounds up. No it’s not 5 star luxury, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and what’s more my teenagers were entertained. Spent my evenings with a pina colada on the beach

We had an amazing time staying at LaConcha. The service and property were incredible. It’s in a central location walkable to so many restaurants and the restaurants onsite were all fantastic.
