    THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF A SEMI-DETACHED VILLA AND FEATURES A BEAUTIFUL VERANDA FROM WHICH TO ADMIRE ENDLESS SUNSETS. A beautiful, public sandy beach is just a short walk from the property (about 150 metres). The apartment shares the terrace with another apartment. A retractable screen provides privacy.
