  • This newly remodeled 3-bedroom house in Palmetto is perfect for your escape. The property boasts 110' of seawall and dock space located on the Manatee River. The dock has enough room to moor a 28' foot boat. The home has direct access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The home has a large yard with 600 square feet of lanai/patio space tiled with luxurious paver. The master suite has its own 65" flatscreen TV with sonos soundbar. The open living room floor plan has a 85" flat screen with a surround sound Sonos speakers. The master bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub and dual headed his and hers showers enclosed on glass. The master bedroom has a king size bed with Tempurpedic mattress. Each guest bedroom host a queen bed with high-end mattresses. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and superb amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC. The jetted bathtub and bidet add a touch of luxury to your stay. Richard the host always responded timely to my inquiries. The home has been very nicely updated. The bedrooms, kitchen, living room, outdoor area, dock and parking with plenty of trailer space all exceeded our expectation. The home made our fishing trip very comfortable and catered to our angler needs.

Home is on a quiet dead end street in a nice neighborhood.Interior space is beautiful and everything is new. The kitchen space is very functional with a large island that seats 8.Master suite has a comfortable bed with nice linens and a large bathroom with a huge shower.Large patio on a canal that faces southwest for maximum sunshine.Exterior is beautifully landscaped with nice ambient lighting.Host was very responsive to anything we needed during our stay
