Located off of a low-traffic side street just 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Palmer, each unit at Upper Mesa is constructed from ICF (insulated concrete forms) for the ultimate in comfort and quiet. The fully-furnished standalone villas each have 3-bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, radiant heated floors, a fully-stocked kitchen, storage room, ensuite laundry, charming living areas and many more upgraded amenities designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. With quick access to everything the Mat-Su Valley offers, this villa provides a comfortable, clean and convenient private space for your Alaskan getaway. Palmer is just 45-60 minutes northeast of Anchorage, and is a an ideal basecamp for all kinds of attractions throughout south central Alaska.
