Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "Very nice stay. Cuagas is a little far away from San Juan and el yunque, so we had to drive a lot. Owner was accommodating and let us stay with a 8month old baby. She even gave us extra pots to boil water. The iron stained my shirt and she personally tried taking the stain out and ironed my shirt for me. She gave me some suggestions on fun things to do in the area. The home was neat and organized. She accounted for almost everything. She is very responsive to messages. The location is hard to find in Google Maps but if you put “Agnes’ rental” it goes directly to the house. "
