The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant but serves and adequate cold platter breakfast. The hotel has its own gated parking area but costs an additional €10 per night. Staff is very polite and friendly, everybody speaks English, breakfast is descent. Only bad thing is bathroom, in fact shower, because there are no place for soap or shower gel or anything, you have to hold it in hands while take a shower! Local area is beautiful, city of Palmanova is marvelous, apart from Outlet Center and great pizzeria is across the street.
