Great location to Moffitt. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was terrible, eggs, toast and protein were cold and really couldn’t be reheated. No housekeeping service even though we were there three days. Convenient to lots of restaurants and the Hard Rock casino. We were in a handicap room but the shower had no grab bar!!

Nice enough place, but the location didn't really support the pricing of this location, plus the bums asking for money etc. Outside the establishments main doors. With that comes with the three guys heckling our beautiful wives, just because we were not with them. Then the walls are thin enough you can hear the lady next door getting railed by her man. Real Classy! Thanks for nothing.

Upon arrival, I was surprised to find construction underway at the hotel. I wish we had been notified beforehand so we could have decided whether to stay or choose another hotel.
The staff was unhelpful and seemed bothered when we asked questions. To make matters worse, we were awakened at 8:30 a.m. by loud banging from the construction crew working in the room next door.
Overall, this was a disappointing stay. Advance notice about the construction and more attentive customer service would have made a significant difference.

The room was dirty. The tub has a big hole in the side. Cabinets dirty...under the sink disgusting. Dish washer filter. Noisey. I had to wear air plugs to bed.
Never stay again.

"The indoor garden area was different, real flowers and trees, but be warned do-not order the pizza from the hotel bar/restaurant , wasn’t cooked, over priced, should get a refund for the 50 dollar bill i received only ate half of it , raw, and only takes cards cannot change bills or cash them ..."
