I’m so glad I stumbled upon this gem. A well appointed home in a great location and neighborhood. The house has everything you could need and them some. I absolutely loved my stay.

Excellent Prickly Pear

Grady was one of the best agents I have worked with in renting in Palm Springs and surrounding area over the last 25 years. We especially loved the location of Sunrise Raquet Club. The king size bed was excellent. The property has been re done and was a lovely home. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Grady.

Pretty Perfect

Loved the condo, newly remodeled and decorated perfectly! Very cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect for attending all the films during the Palm Springs International Film Festival. We certainly would be interested in renting again next year!

We had a wonderful time. Perfect location, close to everything. Good running AC, we survived a 114.Very well equipped condo / house.We‚ll definitely stay again.Thank you so much Grady for showing us the unit on our arrival, even it was very late.All the best from Germany, Petra, Mario and Oliver

Home away from home

The unit is lovely. It is in great shape, very clean and everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. The floor plan is great. Views of the mountains out front and open space in the back. Property manager was wonderful. We hope to come back next year as well.

Failed to list the frequent air traffic noise. Standing water in the shower every time I used it. Kitchen lacking things. No recycling container on the property. Not enough keys for two people. Wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Spacious and Comfortable

We were met there by Grady, which turned out to be very nice and helpful. He was available for any questions throughout our stay. The unit felt very spacious with a good sized kitchen and open living area, a large master suite and comfortable quest room. The new contemporary décor gave a very relaxing and fresh feel. It was easy to feel at home. We enjoyed playing games and sipping wine under the lights in the front patio area, and found the closest pool and centralized tennis and Pickleball courts to be very convenient. The location is very close to the airport, but we learned to tune it out a bit, and while indoors, it did not really bother us at all. The white noise machine in the master bedroom was very helpful. I would suggest adding one to the guest room, as well. Thank you, Grady, for hosting our stay!
