Look no further than this stylish 2 BR condo in Plaza Villas, a gated community with two heated pools, hot tub, and tennis court, just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive, nightlife on Arenas Road, and just across the street from the Agua Caliente Casino, the new Agua Caliente Cultural Center and Spa at Sec-he. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the community, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of this recently renovated first floor, single-level corner unit. Mid-century touches and that classic Palm Springs style evoke a fun yet tasteful energy throughout. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed and unique decor. The primary bedroom has a fully stocked en suite bath with a tub and shower and plenty of room to spread out and neatly store your belongings. The second bedroom is served by the hall bath with a comfortable shower stocked with toiletries. Both bedrooms access a covered west-facing patio with views of the community greenbelt and the grand San Jacinto Mountains just beyond downtown. Or you might choose to enjoy your morning coffee on the second covered patio, surrounded by greenery. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals and enjoy a stress-free desert vacation. There's plenty of room to enjoy family time around the dining table that seats six. The living room has a leather sofa and reading chair, with a smart TV that broadcasts cable channels or where you can access your own streaming accounts. (Each bedroom is also equipped with smart TVs.) In the event you need to work during your stay with us, the second bedroom has an office nook with desk and office chair. Speedy wifi throughout! For your convenience, the unit is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen. We provide plenty of kitchen, bath, and laundry supplies so you don't have to worry about the basics. As our guest, you will have access to two heated community pools, a community hot tub, as well as a tennis court. We even have a portable pickleball net and accessories that transform the community tennis court into a pickleball court. While the location of our condo is walkable to everything in downtown Palm Springs, you may still decide to bring your own vehicle or rent one locally. In that case, you'll have access to one designated, covered parking spot. Guests may also bring a second vehicle, which can be parked in any of the plentiful, non-designated parking spots. The community is well-maintained, safe, and quiet. Fully gated, with private security, you can feel confident leaving your vehicle while you explore the area and enjoy the nightlife. Don't worry... We'll give you plenty of recommendations for restaurants, sites, and things to do in our welcome information. Guests have the peace of mind knowing that our local concierge service Executive Errands is available to handle any concerns that may arise during their stay. Additional, optional concierge services available to guests for an additional charge. City of Palm Springs Short Term Rental Permit ID #5205\. Per City regulations, occupancy is limited to 4 adults plus 2 children under 12 years of age. No exceptions. However, the unit has 2 king beds and one queen pull-out sofa bed. Maximum occupancy does not mean ideal occupancy. Please be certain that the bed configuration is workable for your party prior to booking. Seven (7) day minimum stay is required by HOA by-laws. No events or parties. Please respect our lovely neighbors. We loved having such a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The condominium was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The grounds and pools were very well maintained and secure. Communication with Jason was excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again. ##### david c. We could not have been happier. The condo was beautiful and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need or want. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented. Jason was the absolute best with communication from start to finish. I have rented a lot of places, but this by far is the absolute best! It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The pools were lovely and often we were the only ones there, although we did meet some great people around the pool. The proximity to downtown was great and there were lots of shopping and dining options. The Thursday night market was especially nice. The community was quiet yet walkable to all Palm Springs had to offer. The unit was meticulously clean and we appreciated the little details (eg, k cups, all sizes of ziploc bags, and a little basket of “things you may have forgotten”). The unit was well stocked with all needed items. Jason made sure that we had everything we needed. We didn't have to guess about about anything, from the check in to the check out. The complex is in a great location, close to downtown, the convention centre and the casino. You can walk to downtown and many of the fine restaurants close by. It was totally clean and had everything we needed - and I mean everything. It was the best stocked rental I have ever seen. Location was great, within a couple of blocks from the main shopping district and tons of restaurants. The place was super clean and had all the essentials—laundry stuff, cooking supplies, even a variety of seasonings and condiments (very appreciated). My cousin and I had fun using the grill and we all enjoyed relaxing outside, especially in the mornings with coffee.It was furnished comfortably, with extras like fans and blankets in case you run hot or cold. Our dogs loved the patio, and we loved the huge peaceful pool, friendly vacationers / residents, and quiet tranquil surroundings.The host, Jason, was very communicative, responsive and helpful. Quickly took care of a minor issue under the sink and made check-in/out really easy with accommodations.The unit was a well-stocked, cozy spot that made our stay easy and thoroughly enjoyable! ##### Samuel C. We’ve just completed a 10-night stay in this beautiful apartment and both my husband and I have said it is the best rental we’ve had! Apartment is exactly as seen in the photos and more - beautifully decorated, clean, and so well equipped. The communal areas/gardens are well maintained and the pools are lovely - our two daughters - aged 3 and 6 - enjoyed playing in the larger of the two and there is plenty of shade available all day. The apartment is walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. We loved the Thursday evening there where the whole area is pedestrianised with market stalls, food trucks and live music. Communication with the host, Jason, was excellent and he was always available if needed, and also made the effort to check-in with us during our stay to check everything was ok. He also offered flexibility with check-in / check-out times which is greatly appreciated - especially when travelling with two young children.
