The rate was a bargain. The hotel was much older and renovating is in need for the near future however it seemed as clean as it could get. Bed was clean. Room was tidy. They had a fridge and microwave so that was a major plus. We all enjoyed the pool. Water was a little cloudy on day 2.

The hotel was conveniently located just a couple of minutes’ drive from the main promenade area, which was very nice. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, the property itself felt quite run-down — the carpet in the room was dirty, paint was peeling in several areas, and most unpleasantly, we encountered several cockroaches during our stay.

It is not my first time at this location. The rooms I stayed in were spacious and clean. Some features need an upgrade, but I feel comfortable at this place. Also walkable distance to shops, and only a short drive to downtown Palm Springs.

There were pubes on the bathroom floor and stains on the carpet - worn out doors and in a serious need of an upgrade. Beautiful location and super nice front desk. Those folks deserve a better property than what they have.

Steve was awesome! He made my comfort and safety a priority when checking me in late at night by not discussing personal information or room location in the presence of the intoxicated creepy guy in the lobby. I would have loved some fresh coffee and snacks. The office is locked when no one is at the desk, so coffee may not be available if you want it in the early hours. The snack machine has food and laundry detergent. My chip bag smelled wonderful, and grateful they did not taste like Tide 😂

The rooms need some love. My boyfriend found some bugs in the bathroom sink. The beds were comfy. You can hear everything. I think if the rooms were updated and given a deep cleaning to handle stains and bugs I could look past everything else

If you require or could enjoy using, steam iron with the board. ironing so you can get the wrinkles out before you head out and hairdryer to get side swept refrigerator & microwave, easy parking even for a U-Haul. Knowledgeable and friendly staff laundry room is up near the vending and ice machine not far from the pool and hot tub
