Guest Policy:

• Max occupancy: 12 guests + 2 children under 12

• Exceeding guest limit may result in cancellation without refund

Pet Policy:

• Up to 2 dogs allowed

• $50 pet fee per stay

• Notify host in advance and clean up after pets

Noise Ordinance:

• Strict NO outdoor music per City of Palm Springs

• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 10 AM – please move indoors after 10 PM

Parking:

• Max 5 vehicles allowed

• 3 in driveway, 2 on street directly in front of home

• Do not block driveways or park across the street

Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in: After 4 PM
