The home comfortably accommodates families and small groups with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements. The primary suite features a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, making it an ideal space for children, additional guests, or another couple. With comfortable furnishings and quality linens throughout, everyone will have a place to unwind.

Guest Access:

Per City of Palm Springs requirements, we will leave the necessary guest forms at the property for completion upon arrival. All adult guests (18 years and older) are required to review and acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure. We kindly ask that the completed forms be signed and returned to our office to remain in compliance with local vacation rental regulations. The primary guest is also required to provide information for all vehicles associated with the reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Miralon is one of Palm Springs' newest and most desirable residential communities, known for its modern homes, beautifully landscaped grounds, and stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The neighborhood offers a quiet retreat while still being just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, where you'll find award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, museums, and vibrant nightlife. Guests also enjoy convenient access to hiking trails, golf courses, and all the best attractions throughout the Coachella Valley.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the surrounding area. Downtown Palm Springs, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and popular attractions are all within a short drive. Uber and Lyft are also readily available, making it easy to get around without the hassle of parking.



Other Things to Note:

Miralon is a gated residential community designed for relaxation and enjoyment. During your stay, you'll have access to the community's exceptional amenities, including multiple resort-style pools, a fitness center, walking trails, dog parks, lakes, and beautifully landscaped olive groves.



Optional Spool Heat: Spool heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May for the most comfortable experience. The spool can be heated to up to 102°F, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Palm Springs. If you would like to add spool heat to your reservation, please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to allow sufficient time for the water to reach the desired temperature.



Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete a brief virtual check-in via Zoom or Microsoft Teams within 24-72 hours of arrival. Our team will contact you, typically during the week before your stay, to schedule this required appointment. During the check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, review local ordinances, and answer any questions. Please note that the guest who made and paid for the reservation must be the person checking in and must be at least 25 years old. For security and compliance purposes, access information will not be released until the virtual check-in has been completed.
