- Casa Agua Blanca, City ID 4425, TOT Permit 7585, is a recently remodeled ranch style home with an open concept living space, 3 bedrooms each with a king bed, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan. Bedrooms also have blackout exterior roller shades. The private outdoor space is the show stopper views of the San Jacinto Mountains, salt water pool with slide, jacuzzi, large patio with seating for bar and dining, BBQ, and fire pit. The home is solar powered. Wifi and Cable is provided with HBO, Amazon prime and Netflix.

Rules
During the months of October - April there is a $100 per night Pool Heating fee that is required and not included in the nightly rate.
Must disclose you are bringing a dog. In the home, dogs are not permitted on the beds, chairs, couches, or blankets. No dogs allowed in the pool.
If you break the pet rules you forfeit the $500 damage deposit. If the pool has to be drained for any reason you will pay an extra $500.
