We loved the location of the hotel, walking distance to a lot of places nearby. The hotel was nicely maintained with a nice bar in the lobby area and a pool bar available outside. Lots of pools lounge chairs and cabanas to enjoy the pool area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a nice place to stay while visiting Palm Springs. Noel, the pool bartender, was awesome—friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of our stay. Two or three other staff members were also exceptional. Unfortunately, some of the other bartenders and staff did not provide the same level of service and could have been more welcoming and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, but the customer service was inconsistent.

Amazing staff and amenities! Loved the pool and shuttle service to the airport - was also walking distance to all attractions downtown and many restaurants/shops. My room was also cleaned and reset daily which was a nice touch. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Was a really quick one night stay while waiting for my flight but was also just wonderful. Every single employee was extremely friendly and helpful, not one single employee failed to greet me and offer help. Felt like Disney Cast! Room and everything else were extremely clean and the free breakfast (up to $30) was a nice surprise. And a free shuttle to the airport! Great and quick stay, they’re doing things right here, kudos to the leadership!
