It was very clean and was centrally located which made getting to events easy. We had excellent communications with the host and checking in was very straightforward. Everything worked well and we had no problems. The only thing I would mention is it's on the 3rd floor. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor of the building. Very walkable. The communication with the property managers was good.The condition of the condo is very lackluster. One of the burners on the stove does not work. The kitchen is very disorganized. Not set up in an orderly fashion. The cabinets have chipping paint. Needs a refresh. The same goes for the bathroom. A new vanity is needed. The current one is very old with stains in the drawers. The bathmat looked very dirty. Slow drain in the sink. The bed was very comfortable, but pillows need changed out. The carpet in the bedroom had several stains on it.The throw rug in the living area was very dark and dingy with one corner turned up. It is a tripping hazard. The bed is the most comfortable bed we've slept in apart from our own. It's 2 blocks away from downtown and we walked it all the time. We would stay here again. Condo was a bit worn (hence the good price), but exactly as advertised. Awesome location and great communication with owner/manager. They take noise control serious here which was great.
