Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties. This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). This was our second stay and we will hopefully visit again. The grounds are perfect to keep everyone occupied and happy. The property was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was great too, close to everything but still quiet and private. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole experience seamless. "Absolutely beautiful, modern, well appointed large home. Massive back yard with pool, spa, volleyball court, bocce ball court, putting green, fire pit, hammocks. Jen was a fantastic host and very responsive, pleasant, and helpful in resources for activities and in-home dining service. The pictures don't do it justice. It is beautiful, spacious and has all the conveniences you might need.The house is very clean and well maintained. The pool is large and beautiful. There is something for everyone to do in the absolutely beautifully landscaped yard. The kids and grandkids had a great time playing the many games in the yard. I stayed at Delaware with my family to celebrate my parent's wedding EXTREMELY CLEAN! All of the beds were made beautifully with all white linen and pillows. The bathrooms were spotless and had all of the toiletries we needed as well as plenty of fresh white towels for everyone. The backyard was stunning! We had so much fun playing volleyball, bocce ball, mini golf and hanging out in the hammocks. The pool is HUGE and was at just the perfect temperature. We enjoyed several meals in the beautiful covered patio as well as the indoor dining table. There are so many things to do at this property!
