Summer months are the slow season in the Coachella valley and it is possible that not all resort amenities will be available. We highly recommend this place! The decor is warm and inviting. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic. The condo is in a very quiet part of the neighborhood. We very much enjoyed the tee to green views of the 2nd hole. The view of the snow topped mountains out the kitchen window was beautiful. The Three Bird Retreat Welcome Guide was comprehensive and extremely helpful.The location of this unit was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers during the day and the sunset over the mountains in the evening. The resort is conveniently located to grocery stores/shopping and attractions in the surrounding area.The unit itself provided everything that was important to our stay - spacious living area with well equipped kitchen (including great appliances), washer & dryer, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a great patio with a grill.
