Also Patio facing water with fountains and golf course. Delightful view. You will enjoy the beauty and location of this condo. We sanitize meticulously. Opportunity to book these important days in the desert while it's still available.This is an end-unit condo that provides lots of light and open views.

Within a short walk to the clubhouse, facing the water fountains with mountains in the background. Kitchen and dining room adjacent to living room. Two-car garage.

Palm Valley offers a dining area plus Bogies, a casual breakfast-lunch restaurant.
Their beautiful bar features special small plate nights and entertainment.

Other activities you won’t want to miss in Palm Valley are:
SPA for facials and massage. 49 outdoor pools and spas (one just steps away from the condo), This condo is favorably situated close to the Clubhouse on Hole #1 of the Challenge Course. Also it sits across the lake from where the golfers tee off. (No pesky golf carts driving by).

An Olympic size pool is located at the clubhouse. Outside of Palm Valley are acres of top class golf courses.

We have some top class Casinos with food and entertainment nearby. Take a short ride to the Salton Sea, a spectacular sight where you will see acres of date palm trees. Coachella Valley is the largest grower of Date Palms in the world producing dates to send all over the world.
Palm Springs is really fun. Thursday night market night is exciting and the cozy night spots feature dancing and music.
Palm Desert features some rather cool night spots, also. Maybe you've heard of The Nest, Vicky's, Arnold Palmer's and many more.

Photos on VRBO were deceiving…

The owner of this property lives there for 9 months and rents it out for 3 months! Therefore, most of her “stuff” was still in the closets, drawers and cupboards with a “Private” label stuck on them! Just two drawers were available for us to use in the MB! Her Knick knacks, photos, etc, were all over the rental…bottom line…just too much clutter! However, one positive… the owner was good about responding to items that needed fixing or replaced during our stay!

Palm Valley stay

The property was very nice, located within a country club community and fronting the first fairway of the course. it was 2 units from the pool within easy walking distance. Home was nicely appointed, very clean and the owner was gracious and helpful. I would recommend the unit and would stay again if it is available.
