Heat pumps are effective in climates where average daily air temperatures during pool season exceed 60°F. There may be days where the pool temperature may not reach this set temperature. The beach is a 10 minute drive if there’s no traffic on the bridge. I had a book mis-delivered to the house and the property manager wanted to charge me a 25 fee plus postage to have it returned. It never got warm until the final few days we were there after a tech was sent to check the heater. They did refund us the charges for heating which was nice but it was disappointing that we were only able to swim about 3 of the 30 days we were there - and we specifically wanted (and paid for) a house with a private pool. There are no lounge chairs by the pool so be sure to bring your own. The living room furniture was nice to look at but extremely uncomfortable to sit in. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated and well stocked. This house is not as close to the beach as the listing indicates. ##### Cris Ann T. The pool is nice and the property layout is great for us and our service animal loves the side yard.
