• Nightly pricing includes up to 6 guests. Additional guest fee applies for guests 7–14

• A groundskeeper stays in a separate adjacent building and is available if needed

• Small gatherings may be approved with prior permission

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.
