This Newly Renovated 2200 sq ft Home has 3Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Vaulted Ceilings, Pocket Sliding Doors, Granite Counters, Stainless Steel Appliances, New Cabinets and all New Furniture. There is a Den/Office with Desk, Sleeper Sofa and a Smart TV. The Master Bedroom features a Walkin Closet and its own Master, Home and Garden Bathroom with a Huge Walkin Shower. Bedroom Two features a King size Bed with a Television, Bedroom Three features Twin Beds and a Television. All Three Bedrooms have Bureaus and Televisions. There is a Large Heated Salt-Water Pool, large covered lanai on a Salt-Water Canal with a covered Boat Dock. Dock your Boat or just sit on the deck water side. On the Lanai there is a very large covered sitting area, Summer Kitchen with a sink and grill, a Smart TV, lovely bamboo furniture and a Table which Seats Six. There are also four lounge chairs to sit and relax pool side. This Home also has Six Televisions, one in each bedroom, in the Den, in the living room and on the Lanai. This home is located within one mile of the European Village where there are many shops and restaurants. There are also many hiking and Biking Trails nearby as well as many stores and supermarkets. Please no washing automobiles or Boats, the water is metered, also no fireworks, We do not supply propane. Thank You

Our stay here was amazing! The house was perfectly situated on a peaceful canal, making it ideal for fishing right off the dock. Just a short distance away, we enjoyed beautiful ocean beaches with stunning views. The pool/lanai area was lovely. We also enjoyed bike rides and jogs!! The location gave us the best of both worlds—relaxing waterfront access at the house and easy trips to the beach. It was the perfect getaway!

Newly retired winter getaway

This is our second stay at this property. We love it. We stayed an additional week this year to escape the New England winter. We had exceptional weather for early February and enjoyed the heated pool literally every day. The house is beautiful. Bigger than expected with the vaulted ceilings. There was 5 adults and a dog and NEVER felt cramped. It’s fully stocked with towels, blankets, utensils, cookware, condiments, basically you feel at home. Lounge are outside by the pool is huge! Beautiful relaxing backyard. Neighborhood quiet but friendly. Wish we never had to leave!

This is just a really great house, probably my favorite rental ever. This house is especially great for families. It has a really comfortable and cool vibe. Giant beds and TV’s everywhere. Great patio with ample seating, perfect size pool. I wish we could stay longer. If ever back in this area, we’d love to stay again. *If I had anything to suggest for perfection, the cleaning team could probably do a bit better job for the owners. We noticed that we could feel dirt on the tile floors and light dusting was needed throughout, but that was so minor compared to everything else that was just amazing. Thank you thank you!

We all needed this week away at this beautiful home in Palm Coast. The house is gorgeous and super clean. We absolutely loved the heated pool that overlooks the water. We spent most of our time enjoying the outside sitting area. My boys and I loved floating in the pool while watching television. The beds are super comfy and you won't believe the master bathroom. Wow!!! Simply amazing!! The location of the house was great!! The neighborhood is very quiet!! We enjoyed excursions into St. Augustine and Daytona. We loved the Mystic Knots sunset boat tour and our visit to Captains BBQ. The checkin and checkout were very easy. Do not hesitate to book this vacation home.

Awesome family getaway

Absolutely beautiful home with an amazing outdoor entertainment area! The inside is recently renovated with an open, spacious floor plan with a view of the pool and canal. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and all have TVs. The living room has a great reclining couch and recliner chair to watch on the 70 inch TV. Outside has a solar power heated pool which works very well and the pool is salt water. Additionally, the outdoor kitchen area leads into an outdoor living area with a large tv and eating table. We had a blast watching the Super Bowl outdoors and saw a Space X launch. The town of Palm Coast is safe, quiet and clean. Great property, great area and a great, responsive host.
