Climate Considerations: In Northeast Florida, there are days during the winter months when air temperatures may not adequately support pool heating. Heat pumps are effective in climates where average daily air temperatures during pool season exceed 60°F. Please consider this climate information when booking, as it may affect swimming comfort during colder periods. The house is meticulously cleaned and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. It was cozy and comfortable. The waterfall in the pool is beautiful. We spent a lot of time fishing off the dock with a little luck; caught a few sting rays, mangrove snapper, catfish, and a Jack. We also saw dolphin come right up to our dock. We loved seeing all the cool jellyfish. Very peaceful and relaxing vacation with short drives to Flagler Beach, Daytona and St. Augustine. Highly recommend the shops/restaurants on St. George St in St. Augustine. ##### Pam G.
