"We liked the size of our apartment and the level it was on (Level 26) Liked the service by Shari in looking after us. Liked the spa and pool area (pool cold though and spa stopped working) Liked the area the hotel is in although it can be noisy with traffic, construction work and air cond plants nearby We disliked the fact the pools were out of service for half the stay. The service people for the pool seemed to take a long time coming and then fixing the pools. "

"Definitely great location with easy access to the train station, tram, and bus station. Only downside I would say is walls are pretty thin, sometimes there would be a louder group walking by, when neighbouring rooms were using the shower or people would let their doors slam shut. I could hear it all. This didn't bother me as much as my floor wasn't too busy and I would literally pass out from exhaustion during the night. Just something to keep in mind. Breakfast was always amazing and it starts early, 6am, which is great. Staff was always welcoming and such a great help. One more downside which isn't necessarily bad but did bother me was the shower didn't have a door or curtain. It was a half glass and when I showered water was always splashing out on the mat, literally more than half my mat was soaked and I had to wringe it out. The shower head is removable and can be hand held which I ended up doing to prevent it from splashing out. Other than that, very clean, decent sized rooms which a nice sitting area."

"Great Hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff, nothing is a problem. A lovely building with bars and restaurants. I always like to stay here when in Sydney. Also close to shops and easy to get around the CBD from the hotel."

"Only planned on a one night stay , but our cruise plans were changed and we stayed four nights. The Hotel Staff was Great , especially trying to extend our stay with the help of Expedia's rooms available. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The Hotel is only a very short walk from the Cruise Terminal and the entire Sydney Harbor Area. Dining in the immediate area was wonderful. Highly Recommended if you are taking a cruise out of Sydney. Location is a big Plus."
