  • Come visit our lovely three bedroom, two bath home with its sizeable screened-in porch. A back porch is ideal for enjoying the famous Florida lifestyle. Due to our home's decor, it could be a romantic "bed and breakfast" type experience, a perfect family destination, or a place for friends and relatives to come together. The very large, fenced yard is perfect for pets, kids and grownups alike. Play outside games or eat at our outside patio table. Florida sunshine abounds! Soak up the daytime rays.

    We are located on a quiet, peaceful street. It's only a half hour to various beautiful beaches and a little over an hour to the popular theme parks of Orlando. You'll be able to relax, lounge, and unwind as you wish, with ample opportunity to seek adventure. Palm Bay, itself, offers varied dining experiences, kayaking, championship golf, off-road cycling, and numerous parks with running and nature trails. A particular highlight is The Turkey Creek Sanctuary. Here there are boardwalk paths that allow you to safely become "up close and personal" with Florida wildlife. This is a treat for people of all ages.

Out of the way but still close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our fur babies enjoyed the back porch. The large master shower was very nice. Great communication with owner. Would stay here again.

Cute home in Palm Bay, Florida

This is a cozy little home in Palm Bay, Florida. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to relax on the back porch. Watch TV, and cook in the well stocked kitchen. Overall well enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything you need

We had everything we needed plus. Beds are comfortable, house is clean. I enjoyed the garden tub and huge shower. The kitchen has everything, plus many extras I didn’t expect. Linens and towels were new. I being OCD clean, was very pleased.

Everything and more!

The rental, located in a quiet, single family dwelling neighborhood, was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us because of its proximity to family and to shopping. We love to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. The host, Diane, was friendly, helpful, responsive, and easy to reach via phone and text. I can not speak highly enough of this property.

Sad reason but great stay

My sister died recently and we arranged for the funeral Mass to happen at the end of July. My two sons and my daughter-in-law came with me for the funeral. The house was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the screeened in porch was so lovely in the evening. I give the property 10 out of 10. Thanks so much for making a difficult time a little easier.

Peaceful and quiet.

Enjoyed our stay at Diane's house. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and friendly. The last few days of our stay there was some construction noise from a new house on the next block but that would only be temporary. House is spacious with a very nice primary bedroom with its own bath and walk-in shower and closet. The two remaining bedrooms also shared a bathroom which worked well for family members who visited. Screened porch was a favorite place to be on some rainy days and warm evenings. Our one disappointment was the back yard. The fence was down in one area and could be a concern for pet owners. The lights shown in the ad photo were down and bulbs were missing or broken. Only light was from neighbors security light. All-in-all though it was a really good four weeks.

It was a REAL home... by that I mean, it has a fully stocked kitchen with all sorts of kitchens gadgets, tools, a junk drawer, huge variety of pots & pan, bakeware and mixing bowls. There was plenty of dining and silverware. There were various kitchen and cleaning supplies provided. Other vacation rentals I have encountered have had a bare minimum of, well, everything in a kitchen. There were books to read and games to play, for both adults and little children. It has plenty of dressers, storage, blankets and towels. It was decorated in a friendly, casual way, that felt easy to be in. And, most important in the Florida heat and humidity, (for someone not used to that climate), the house stayed very cool!!The only thing I found difficult was the garage. It was hot and humid, like the Florida summer, and had a musty odor, like a garage will. But the washer & dryer were in the garage, so we couldn't avoid it. I think the washer tried to walk out of the garage too... that was showing it's age, but worked.Overall, Diane was super friendly, and I felt like I was at home the moment I walked in.Thank you!!

The Florida room was our favorite! The birds were entertaining and the home is well loved and cared for. Thank you for an incredible place to lay our heads and cook for my family. We will consider this property again the next time we visit.
