Total floor area: 26 m² attic parts included. 3 gites in a house adjoining that of the owners, in a residential area, on the heights of Albertville. Entrance common to the 3 gites, spread over half-levels. Duplex studio with air conditioning, fitted out in an atypical volume. Outdoor parking common to the 3 cottages.
