This place is an absolute gem. The room was huge for a solo traveler. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and breakfast every morning was simple but plentiful. Ingrid is an incredible host who was so helpful. Staying a bit off of the main square was great—a short (5 minute) walk to the plaza but far enough away from all the crowds. Cannot say enough about this place and can’t wait to return.

Room was really clean and I had a nice view of the river (some rooms look into other buildings). Staff was friendly but no one showed to pick me up at the train station ( thank heaven map on my phone was working). They shared breakfast duties with neighboring hotel but it was good and a nice variety. A laundry facility was right next door, which came in handy. Just a few steps from the Machu Picchu Bus pick-up area, Natural Spring Heated Pools and gorgeous Waterfall...
