Room cleaned every day, towels changed on request, air conditioning ensured room was always cool enough. Breakfast is available, as are lunch and poolside snacks and drinks, the latter until 10-00pm. A car is helpful, as nearest restaurant is 500 metres away although it’s almost a kilometre from the start of the strip where there are numerous restaurants, but remember the walk back from town is uphill. Just as described on website and TripAdvisor. Staff very friendly and helpful- even gave us a free drink and water on arrival plus plug in mosquito repellent which worked a treat- never bitten once! Optional air con was only 4 Euros a day and worked really well.
Food at pool bar was excellent and really good value- around 5 Euros for main meal.
Room was cleaned with fresh towels every other day.
Hired a car for 4 days and well worth it as able to get to Corfu Town, beautiful beaches and...

We found this one by surprise on Hotel.com. We have stayed in other places on the island in the past and have not been pleased with the cleanliness or the condition of the rooms - SO, finding Folies was a wonder. For us the location was good to visit with family. It is interesting near a road, but the noise is cushioned considerably by the lovely gardens around. The staff were fantastic, and helpful. Our room was cleaned every morning by a lovely lady, she even went as far as to ensure our...

Very clean, friendly staff. A nice small apartment, all we needed. Bit of a remote location - but they do suggest and offer car hire to get to beaches etc. They arranged airport transfer efficiently and offered to call them again if the flight couldn't leave (weather).

Our apartment was lovely and clean with two good sized balconies overlooking a pleasant garden and adjacent fields. It had really comfortable beds, allowing a good nights sleep despite the heat, which was really appreciated. We had access to the hotel pool which was superb - lovely, big and not overcrowded. I loved the decor and books in the bar area! The owner Antonis and other staff were always available and keen to help with any queries and were so welcoming and friendly (but never imposing...

The property was exceptionally clean and the host was always on hand to answer any questions. The location was great to get to different parts of the island but car hire is recommended. The pool was lovely and the host gave us a wonderful breakfast each morning.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It has great sea views, a lovely restaurant, very helpful staff and a great modern feel. There are local restaurants close by or Corfu Town center is a flat, beautiful 15 minute stroll. The pool initially looks small but is lovely and you have the beach across the road. I will definitely be coming back.

We had a great time staying at the Avra Budget Beach Hotel in Benitses for two weeks in June 2015. A pleasantly quiet location just a short walk from the centre of Benitses. Eleni and her team are very friendly and attentive and we were given a room with a balcony on our second day when we asked. The taverna just across the road on the beach side was one of the prettiest I have seen with a canopy of wisteria and the food was excellent.
