Staff was so friendly! Room was okay, no fridge wonky built in’s. Hotel is good if you’re only sleeping and showering there.

We have stayed here several times on this stay we chose a Deluxe room and ir was smaller than the classic. Guest services Adolfo was rude and not willing to help change rooms. Elisabeth the next day was nicer and willing to help.
The ice machine in our floor was not working and the only solution offered was go to another floor it took 3 days for maintenance to fix it.

Gym shouldn’t even be considered a gym. Trash this “room”.
Haunted possibly , I woke up to a loud scream at 3am, i don’t wake up easily.
