It's located on the first floor (with elevator) and offers direct access to the beach—no roads to cross, so it's perfect for families with children! A numbered, secure parking spot is included with the apartment. The residence has a truly unique location in Palavas: it's the only one right on the seafront with a private pool. The pool is supervised by a full-time caretaker and open from June 15th to September 15th. It includes a large swimming area, a paddling pool for little ones, and an outdoor shower—everything you need for a fun family afternoon. The apartment is bright and airy, with windows on both sides. You'll enjoy breathtaking sea views to the south, and peaceful views of the nearby lagoons and the Pic Saint-Loup to the north.
