Location great right opposite the station and near all amenities. Hotel nice good value for money, very few facilities just basic. Room small clean except for carpet which needed a deep clean. Breakfast acceptable not much hot food. Staff very helpful.

Location is perfect, across the street from the océan, near many food options and a short walk from old Nice. I regret not getting ocean view room.
Staff were kind and friendly. Only comment is that it took a long time for rooms to get cleaned. Sometimes not until the 17h
