Die Wohnung war aufgeräumt aber nicht sauber, insbesondere im Bad waren die Ecken nicht geputzt und die Duschkabine war schmutzig und verschimmelt. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit hatten wir nachts und morgens noch kältere Temperaturen, der elektrische Heizstrahler hat nicht funktioniert. In der Nacht haben wir gefroren, da die Agentur uns nur Laken zur Verfügung gestellt hat, die Tageswolldecken der Wohnung wollten wir nicht nutzen, weil an diesen Haare unterschiedlicher Haarfarben hingen...
