"Excellent stay with breakfast included. Great location. Staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned and tidied and towels changed daily - more than the service we expected! We could not make breakfast one morning due to an early start so the staff very kindly provided breakfast boxes. Staff were also very helpful and kind with guidance and directions. A bonus is the gym facilities which are sufficient if your priority is sightseeing. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting...

"The rooms are dated. There was a foul smell ftom the bathroom on occasions. The hotel smelt like mold. The breakfast was horrible."

"Hotel had no electricity one night and then again for a few hours. The hot water worked whenever it wanted to. Rooms had a peculiar smell. Negatives aside, staff was very helpful. They accommodated limited mobility guests well. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. If you want a place to just go sleep after a day out this works well."

"The staff were amazing especially Monica and Mirela. Breakfast buffet was excellent serving hot and cold items. Monica was there every morning to greet you with boungiorno and a big smile. Mirela at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel is close to the Vatican and Metro. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would recommend for people to stay here. John and Emma Canada"

"From the professionalism of the shuttle driver, who waited over an hour for us due to the chaos at customs, to the kindness and dedication we experienced throughout our stay, this place is amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding, the location was perfect, and the breakfast served to the room was excellent — you truly can’t ask for more.
