The house is located on a 2,000 m² enclosed plot with trees, flowers and shrubs. A garden area with sunbathing lawn, terrace and barbecue is available to guests, and there is also a children's playground with slide and swing. A private freshwater swimming pool invites guests to relax and cool down. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom on one floor. The living room features a sofa bed, a dining area for 4-5 people, TV and access to a covered terrace (10 m²) with garden furniture. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle. The first bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 190 cm), the second bedroom three single beds (80 x 190 cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
