This cosy holiday apartment on the first floor of the pool house in Pakostane is the ideal accommodation for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Dalmatian coast. With 38 m², it offers sufficient space for up to four people.



The accommodation features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the open living area. The integrated kitchenette is functionally equipped – including a refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle, and a 2-plate stove. SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating provide additional comfort. From the living area, you can directly access the covered balcony with seating – perfect for breakfast or winding down at the end of the day.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels and bed linen are provided. A baby bed can be provided upon request. A communal washing machine is also available - its use is possible for a fee.



The outdoor area of the house offers guests a communally usable pool with sun loungers, a garden terrace, and an outdoor shower. A barbecue option is also available by arrangement. The private parking space is located directly at the house.



It's only about 800 metres to the sandy beach - the town centre, supermarket, restaurants and cafés are also conveniently within walking distance. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: From water sports and boat trips to hikes and excursions to nearby national parks and cultural attractions.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in Pokestane war der erste Urlaub mit 3 Kindern (7,6 und Baby). Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das war bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub dort 😃👍
