"I was worried it would be noisy because of the location however it wasn't the cars that were noisy, it was the seagulls!! Dandenong isn't even near the beach but there were so many seagulls! The apartment was great, the walls could do with a paint as they are quite marked but that doesn't affect the location or the enjoyment of the property.
