"The location is great and if you need more than one room and/or plan to cook your own food it is a pretty affordable option. The property itself is not nice (or at least the unit we stayed in was not). I don't mind a dated hotel at all but this one really needs to be cleaned inside and out."

"Most of the resort has NO AIR CONDITIONING, so I hope you like sleeping in an 83 degree bedroom. The charged very high fees for a 3 night stay (above what we paid Expedia), including a NON-REFUNDABLE damage fee. We didn't damage anything but had to pay the NON-REFUNDABLE damage fee anyway."
