Not for pampered urbanites It gives a kampung/village feeling. The room doesn't feel very clean. Don't expect too fluffy a bed. Perhaps my $10 per night hostel in Bangkok had offer much better bed/washroom facilities, which is why I feel horrible in this place. You will be provided with a room key, don't expect card system. The staff should be more insistent to help me with my luggage etc, instead of letting my driver push him around. He shouldn't hand my room key over to my driver. Non cambiano asciugamani e saponi, mancanza di organizzazione e capacità di aiutare i clienti. Arrivati alle 13, volevamo fare il tour da 1 giorno e mezzo ma non hanno saputo aiutarci e neanche trovare un'alternativa, avremmo dovuto perdere mezza giornata in hotel, così abbiamo cercato e trovato il tour da greenleaf (poco distante da loro) che hanno saputo inserirci nel tour di mezza giornata con gentilezza e disponibilità, assicurandosi nuovi clienti per il giorno dopo. Our first impression was not good. The receptionist was rude and could not find our booking. Luckily, I had it on my phone. Our room was overpriced for what it was. Most of the staff speak minimal English, but they are friendly and helpful. The property is a little run down. We booked a tour of the Khao Yai National Park with them and it went well.
