It is a pretty new building and the unit was clean. This unit had windows facing east. The bed was very comfortable, not rock hard like most are in Thailand. There is wifi in the unit. (the website said there wasn't any in the room for some reason). You have to get the keys from the management office, and a note that they don't speak English. The address on Expedia is misleading as well. The first set of numbers is the apartment number, and The Loftt doesn't exist. Search on Google Maps for Baan Khao Yai. This apartment is on the 3rd floor, with great views of the mountains. It is a one bedroom apartment and the room is nicely furnished (cosy and contemporary), with a balcony that offers rather breathtaking views. The bed and pillows are comfortable - only two pillows provided. If you are heading there late, you might want to contact the hotel about the key pick-up in case the management office is closed.
