"We didn’t get the room we originally booked, our room was dirty when we got it, there was feces on the bathroom wall and on shower wall."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s and Lois’ home. The home was immaculate when we arrived, and there was not a thing we needed that we could not find! The home was very pet-friendly, with a fenced-in backyard and beautiful trails nearby for walking our pet. We were there for the birth of our first grandchild, stayed for over 5 weeks, and we were sad to leave. Having such a beautiful, well-appointed home to return to every day made our stay ideal. Mike and Lois were very nice, and encouraged us to reach out with any questions or concerns, of which we had none! We highly recommend Mike, Lois and their home if you are planning a stay in Littleton or the surrounding foothills area."

"The house is great with so many cute things to look at given the theme. My suggestions to make a stay better include the following:Beach towels for the hot tub. We had to use bath towels which isn’t terrible but not ideal to wrap up in.More silverware, glasses etc. to accommodate the number of people the house sleeps. There are only 4 chairs for the table and two bar height chairs so we couldn’t eat meals together as we had 8 people. The pans are over used and don’t have lids that fit.The property description says it is our responsibility to REFILL the propane which leads one to believe they are full when we arrive. Instead, we started cooking steaks and the gas ran out within 5 minutes. We switched to the tank in the fire pit but it was empty as well. It needs to be understood that they need to be filled by the guests, not refilled. It’s very inconvenient to be in the middle of cooking and have to go get them filled. We did fill one of them at our own expense so the next guest will not have to start empty. The hot tub was highly chlorinated. We have a hot tub that we keep at the right chemical levels and we don’t get choked by the chlorine smell like this one at the property. The ice maker doesn’t work well. It does not dispense, at all either. We had to buy ice. These are things that could be remedied and would make the space perfect. We enjoyed the area and the neighborhood was quiet. Most of the beds were comfortable except the king was really hard."

"This place was perfect for our needs. There was a separate bedroom with a king bed; a large closet; full bathroom with a shower; a living room with a pullout sofa for our adult son and a television; a mini fridge (with small freezer), sink, eating dishes and utensils, and a microwave; and a full size washer and dryer. The place is quiet and roomy for three adults. There is a separate entrance on the side, so we never had to bother the tenants. The tenants were very accommodating and communication was excellent!"

"This place is top notch. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this was one of the best. It was very clean and nicely furnished. I appreciate stylish decor and furnishings, this was beautifully done. There were generous and thoughtful details everywhere. We highly recommend and hope to be back."
