It's all about location at this sunny Paihia house, with WiFi- kick back and relax, or stroll into the town centre.  
  
Keep it simple with cosy afternoons around the fire, or gather outdoors with the BBQ on hand. You will love the courtyard with a picnic table and sun umbrella, perfect for that kiwi summer feel, while the warm and welcoming living will make you feel at home for any indoor days.  
  
Everyone will be happy with how handy this location is - just a 3-4 minute stroll will see you at the shops, and you are just a 5 minute drive to Waitangi. There is so much to see and do, the family definitely won't run out of ideas to keep busy... Cruise the hole in the rock, check out Cape Rienga, visit 90 Mile Beach, or jump in a jet boat for something with a quicker pace.  
  
The options are endless - head north and step up for comfort, fun, and adventure!  
Please note that the garage is not available to guests.   
  
Bedroom 2 can be accessed either through Bedroom 1 or the hallway.

This was such a lovely house - so clean and had everything we needed. Loads of room and great location. Was so nice to have the barbecue and the outdoor space for dinner. Would definitely be back.
