Beautiful location with sea view. The apartment should be lovely but needs basic maintenance. Spoke to Bach care on day 1 about broken dining seats and the shower door that needs the hinges fixed to stop the floor flooding.. said that they knew already about fragile seats and would attend the next day but only emailed us the day before we left. Other basic facilities were lacking not having wifi is poor and the tv channels appear to be sky sport and not much else. Not an issue if you bring your own. No milk for tea and coffee but the supermarket was close and there are lots of places to eat out. If fixed could be great but currently average.

Fab views and close to everything.
Amazing location in the bay of islands. What amazing views! Only thing that we were confused at when trying to find the place was the different name of the building - the name is not the same on the building as the one listed on maps and the bach care listing. It took us a while to find it and the only thing that made it clear was the look of the building on the front photo. Maybe try and coincide the names so it is easier to find. Other than that, it was fab! Thanks again.

Great view.
The property is very well situated with a really lovely view. However, it does need a little work. The shower head needs replacement and the shower door leaks badly. Also there is no shelf/shower caddy so shampoo and soap has to sit on the floor.
