A lovely modern spacious apartment with a sea view. The ground floor property consists of a spacious lounge/diner, with a smart tv and Google mini. The property has two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a shower cubicle. There is a very well equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, a fridge freezer and washing machine. There is an excellent range of crockery, and cooking utensils.
There is a free allocated parking space and a communal garden. Goodrington beach is a three minute walk away. Paignton Harbour with a nice selection of bars and restaurants is approximately 8 mins away. Torquay is 3 miles away. Brixham is also close by and can be walked to along the South West Coastal path.
