The location is within walking distance to all the amenities in Paignton and ideally located to visit Brixham and Torquay. Having been 3 times to this apartment already, we would happily visit here every year, but unfortunately the annual price increases will make us look elsewhere. We enjoyed our stay in Paignton, The Apartment was lovely but unfortunately we had concerns with cleaning & CCTV , Considering they charge £110 for professional cleaners when we arrived the large rug in the lounge was filthy!! So i immediately think that the last guest paid this amount of money £110 for them to clean prior to the nxt guests arriving! Not Luxury. Cushions would be nice to sit on rather than hard wooden old furniture outside/ kitchen!! Not Luxury!! Our other concern is the CCTV on the terrace, this is totally unacceptable and we felt that we were being perved on continuously. My overall experience was that this apartment all be it nice was overpriced and definitely not Luxury as they advertise. Fresh Escapes say the cctv has to stay !
