The rooms were clean and the property well kept. However, something went wrong with the hot water heater in the hotel and we were without hot water for 2 days. The hotel ended up transferring us to their sister hotel (Exe Budapest Center), but I felt like a plumber should have been on hand to fix the hot water heater within a few hours.

Excellent breakfast .... Reception staff VERY friendly and helpful (Thanks MPHO} Great coffee/water sitting area. Only possible improvement would be to provide bench or sitting area outside for those waiting for rides. Hotel in nice area, close for travel options and tourist sights.

"I had a nice three day stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and tried to assist in many ways. The rooms were good, clean, the spa facilities were very good. And it was very well located in the center of the city. Thanks for a good stay!"
