Enjoy lake views from the covered deck and open kitchen, a washer/dryer, a two-car garage, and guest paddleboards and bikes (waiver required). Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome. About 2 minutes to uptown, 7 to downtown and 40 to Wolf Creek.

The home is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just off Piedra Road, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. With convenient lake access nearby, you can easily enjoy water activities (no swiming) or simply relax by the water. A quick drive brings you to Highway 160, providing fast access to downtown and local shopping options.

You have access to the entire home except two locked closets reserved for the owners; there is ample storage elsewhere in the house. Attempting to open the locked closets may result in loss of your deposit.

As you walk up the stairs to the front door of this stunning home, you’ll be welcomed by an inviting living and dining area that opens up to a spacious covered porch, offering breathtaking lake views. The large, open kitchen also boasts beautiful views of the lake, creating a perfect backdrop for cooking and entertaining.

The open floor plan ensures that everyone can gather and relax together, whether in the living room, dining area, or on the porch.

Off the kitchen, you’ll find the luxurious master suite, complete with its own private covered porch. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a desk, a large smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy.

Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and smart TV. Between the bedrooms, you’ll find a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer, as well as a second full bathroom.

The lower level also provides access to the two-car garage. One half of the garage is reserved for parking, while the other half is equipped with two SUPs (stand-up paddleboards), two bikes, life jackets, helmets, and storage space for your personal gear. During the winter months, please ensure snow is cleared from your vehicle before parking in the garage.

You are located in a general area which will take approximately 7-minutes to reach downtown, 2 minutes uptown, 40-minutes from Wolf Creek, 1 hr. from Durango CO.





The house is across from the lake, with lake access a short distance away.

Stand-up paddleboards, bikes, helmets and life jackets are available for guest use. A release of liability waiver must be signed to use them. The garage is a two-car garage: one half is for parking and the other half holds two SUPs, two bikes, life jackets, helmets and storage space. In winter, please clear snow from your vehicle before parking in the garage.

Heating: the thermostat is on the right-hand wall after the stairway and before the kitchen.

Please report any damaged items; guests are responsible for the cost of replacements.

Pets: small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome for a $50 pet fee. If left unattended, they must be kept in a crate.

Early check-in or late check-out: $15 per hour. We often have to block a night on the calendar to give our cleaning crew time to prepare for the next guest.

Cancellation policy:
• Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 50% refund of the total stay if you cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
• Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
The refund will never exceed the amount paid. Simply Home does not issue refunds for any reason before check-in, including emergencies, and we recommend trip insurance. Our owners rely on their rental income, so the cancellation policy is applied consistently.
