There is plenty of room to relax, plenty of dishes and towels and it has some great views. We actually watched the eclipse from the main bedroon deck. All in all, a great spot. Only complaints were fry pan were worn bought a new one and left it there for the next person. This unit is stunning. Much better than even the photos could convey. Immaculately clean, comfortable,great downtown location. We walked everywhere. The property manager Jedd was very attentive with any information needed and beyound. We requested a Christmas tree for the holiday and Jedd delivered. Condo is close to town perfectly decorated and comfortably cozy, kids really loved the Mule Deer walking around the property. The location is where we like to stay, close to downtown. The condo was clean, has plenty of anything we needed. The beds were comfy and the view spectacular. Management was very attentive and checked in with us often as well as responded to any questions quickly. We will def be staying again, as we come here every year! Communication with the property manager was outstanding throughout the stay, and the whole process was seamless. The master bedroom suite was really nice, and my kids (ages 7 and 2) loved the bunk beds downstairs. You can’t beat the location of this condo; it’s near all the great spots in Pagosa Springs and right on the river, but it is also in a quiet neighborhood. Cozy, clean and great location. Our favorite feature of the home is the garage. It’s our primary entrance when we are there. Our family of five all snowboard. It’s nice having a carpeted, heated garage to store, set up and leave our boards & gear.
